Skyline Transport Group

Shipper TMS Portal & Live Freight Tracking

Our own TMS: live map tracking, shipments searchable by your PO, driver details, and invoices with the POD attached, built in-house.

Our own TMS. Live.

Built in-house by Skyline for Skyline freight, not licensed software. Every customer gets a login to the portal below: shipments, tracking, documents and invoices in one place. Beneath it, the stack that runs the desk today.

Log in to see your freight in our system.

Licensed TMS software is built for the average brokerage. Ours is built for our freight and our customers, by the people who dispatch the trucks. Nothing resold, no per-seat fee. When you need a field on the shipment, a document on the invoice or a view you do not have, the people who change the software sit next to the people who book your loads.

What you see

when you log in.

Click through the portal below; the data is sample data, the screens are the real thing.

What the desk runs now.

Every item in this section is live process on real freight. Nothing here is a demo.

We build around

how you already work.

Our development team is in house, which means we can build technology around your operation rather than asking you to work around ours. That includes API and EDI integrations with your systems, so tenders, status updates and documents move between us without anyone rekeying them. Tell your rep what your systems need and the people who would build it are in the conversation.

Verified at pickup,

powered by Verified Carrier.

Identity confirmed before freight is loaded, through the platform we run on every brokered load.

Verified Carrier confirms carrier identity, ownership and compliance, and its Verified Pickup product matches the driver, tractor and trailer against the tender before freight is loaded. Carriers in our network are asked to hold an active Verified Carrier status; it speeds onboarding with us and with every other desk that uses the platform.

Each of these is a screen in the portal.

In transit, at a stop, upcoming and recently delivered, with your open invoice total and anything past due, on one screen when you log in.

Find a load by its number, your PO or reference, commodity, or city and state. Filter to what is still moving.

Booked, dispatched, at pickup, in transit, at delivery, delivered. Where the freight is, never our office stages.

Appointment windows, commodity, weight, pieces, equipment, temperature, miles and hazmat, with your reference on it.

Position, ETA and status on a map inside the shipment page, updated from the truck.

Driver name and phone, truck and trailer on every active shipment.

What the driver reports on your load, and what our dispatch told them, shown on the shipment.

Line haul, fuel surcharge and accessorials itemized with the total, visible on the shipment itself.

POD, BOL and lumper receipts attached to each shipment as they are accepted, with a secure download.

Any invoice downloads as one PDF with the POD and receipts merged in. The same packet our accounting sends.

Open, part paid or paid, the outstanding amount, the due date and an overdue flag. Filter to open or overdue.

A parent company sees its own freight and its subsidiaries’, with a company filter. Each branch sees only its own.

Each person is invited by email. Access is switched off in seconds when someone leaves.

Company and contact details, billing, and credit references submitted online. We review and set up the account.

The portal serves one customer their own freight and nothing else, and we test that boundary with automated security checks on every release.

First ping inside 30 minutes of dispatch, check calls on every live load, and exceptions worked by a person, not a portal. When something goes wrong, you talk to the dispatcher watching your load.

Rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs handled digitally and delivered with the invoice. A clean file on every load, kept for the audit you hope never comes.
