Refrigerated Trucking & Pharma Reefer Freight
Asset-based reefer carrier for food, produce and pharmaceutical freight. Set point in writing and a temperature download on every load, in all 48 states.
The detail that changes the number
This is basic information, and we ask for it up front so nothing surprises anyone after the truck loads. If a field is genuinely unknown, say so and we will price the uncertainty instead of hiding it.

on the same desk.
Continuous set point, in writing before the truck rolls.
Temperature freight moves on our own reefer fleet first. Produce out of the growing regions, protein and packaged food on the long lanes. Continuous operation stated on the rate confirmation before the truck rolls, so the driver and the receiver read the same number.
Degrees Fahrenheit on the confirmation, not “keep frozen”. A number the driver can dial and an adjuster can compare against a download.
Stated explicitly. If it is not on the confirmation it is the driver’s choice, and you find out which when you read the trace.
Trailer pre-cooled to set point before loading, with a reading at the door or a note on the BOL.
A unit that runs dry on a restart is a total loss and, usually, no coverage.
Who gets called, at what deviation, how fast. An excursion caught at hour two is a re-icing decision.
Base cargo policies exclude loss from temperature variation. We ask carriers for the reefer breakdown endorsement by name and tell you what we found. Temperature-controlled LTL is quoted alongside full truckload.
