What the seat does
Cover loads
Account executives send you loads to cover. You check our own fleet first, then find carriers on DAT, Truckstop and through your own contacts.
Negotiate rates
Call carriers, compare rates and agree on a price that works for the load.
Check every carrier
Before each load, confirm the carrier’s authority, insurance and identity. We never re-broker loads.
Send the paperwork
Send rate confirmations with the right equipment, pickup and delivery times, reefer temperature and any extra charges.
Build carrier relationships
Get to know the carriers you use, the lanes they run and the equipment they have, so you know who to call first next time.
Follow the load
Work with dispatch from pickup to delivery. If a truck runs late or breaks down, help fix it and keep the account executive updated.
Keep good records
Log carriers, rates and loads in our system.
